Hey there you guys! Did I tell you about the time we went to Blackpool?
Blackpool is a very special place to Dani, for many reasons, the main one being that it is the setting of Dani's 'favourite' case; Charlene Downes.
The Wives and Knives crew enjoyed a day out in Blackpool where we took in the sights, enjoyed the arcades and visited some important sites in relation to Charlene's case.

We rounded off the day with a visit to the cemetery where we said hello to Dani's Nan & Granddad and Charlene who also has a marker of remembrance there. Dani and I are the crafty/arty members of the group and I made a little stone for Charlene.
After the cemetery we stopped at Dani's mums and had a lovely cake stop before heading home for the day.
In other Wives & Knives news, we have started working on the script for the first episode of the podcast and are heading off on our Moors visit next weekend. Lucy has started her write up on Myra Hindley, so we will have lots to discuss on the day with Shar covering Ian Brady & Dani and I focussing on their victims and other key players.
In the recent meeting Dani presented her choice - Chloe Ayling (notes to follow) and I have started work on my next case - The handless corpse.
It's a busy time in the Wives & Knives community, and very exciting.
